Information You Provide
When you use our contact form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use this information to respond to your question, booking inquiry, Apothecary room request, or event inquiry. Contact-form submissions are sent by email to the spa’s configured recipient and are not intentionally stored as contact records in the WordPress database.
Please do not submit sensitive medical, health, payment, or identification information through the contact form. Ordinary website email is not designed as a secure channel for sensitive information.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting provider and website software may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested pages, and the date and time of a request. The contact form also temporarily uses a one-way identifier derived from an IP address to limit repeated submissions. That temporary identifier expires after approximately one minute.
