The WELL House
Begin your journey in The WELL House, where innovative therapies invite you to Recharge, Revive and Recover. The WELL House features three specialized therapy suites: a Red Light Therapy Suite, a Salt Sauna Suite, and a Thermal Contrast Suite. The WELL House is also home to the Apothecary, our event room where we host educational workshops, community gatherings, and hands-on DIY “make and take” experiences. When events aren’t in session, guests are welcome to stop in and create their own custom blends.
Selah House
Explore the Selah House, a quiet retreat created for restoration, deep relaxation, and meaningful pause. Step into the Salt Sanctuary or Massage to unwind and experience the peaceful gathering spaces inviting you to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. You are invited to rest without pressure and leave feeling renewed.
